Job Description:Responsibilities 1. Data Management: Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and completeness of data in Salesforce. Perform data imports, exports, and data cleansing as necessary. Maintain data hygiene through regular deduplication and data validation activities. 2. Data Quality Control: Create and enforce data quality standards and best practices. Monitor data integrity and resolve data quality issues promptly. Conduct regular data audits to identify and rectify inconsistencies. 3. Data Reporting and Analysis: Generate and maintain reports and dashboards to provide insights into Salesforce data. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their data needs and provide data analysis to support decision-making. 4. User Training and Support: Train Salesforce users on data entry best practices. o Provide support to users encountering data-related issues. Document and maintain data-related procedures and guidelines. 5. Integration and Automation: Collaborate with the IT team to ensure data integration with other systems. Identify opportunities to automate data processes to enhance efficiency.6. Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of data structures, processes, and changes. Keep up-to-date with Salesforce updates and recommend improvements to data management. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience. Salesforce Administrator or Salesforce Data Specialist certification is a plus. Proven experience with Salesforce data management and data quality control. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various teams. Proficiency in using data tools and reporting within Salesforce. Knowledge of data import/export tools and processes. Understanding of data security and compliance requirements. Preferred Skills: Experience with Salesforce Lightning Experience. Knowledge of Salesforce automation tools, such as Process Builder and Flow. Familiarity with data integration tools and ETL processes. Basic programming or scripting skills (e.g., Apex, Python) for data manipulation (ref:hirist.tech)
