Our team of 150+ tech experts, including Front-end specialists (Dotnet and Flutter), Back-end developers, Product Managers, UI/UX designers, and more, is driving this digital transformation.This Highly efficient team has developed several in-house applications.Job Location - Hyderabad / Bangalore.What you'll be doing :- Applies defined software engineering practices and procedures to ensure quality within individual software projects.- Creating Test Scripts using Appium/Selenium with Python.- Reviewing scripts of the team-mates- Creating Test-Runs under Milestones for individual builds.- Experience in using version control tools- Executing test-suite as and when required on stage/prod builds.- Actively participating in code reviews.- Reporting the issues, validating the same & sharing the test reports with the team.- Performing API testing.- Meeting the release deadlines.- Collaborating with other teams to minimize the issues- Share logs to assist developers in the analysis and isolation of software defects- Contributes in improving automation coverage- Uses metrics to assess product quality.- Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate testing activities at individual level- Participate & contribute effectively in daily stand-up, sprint review, retrospective meetings.- Create and maintain test artifacts documents- Manage the team & assign tasks to team members on a day-to-day basis.- Working on Automation Testing & as n when required should be able to contribute on Manual testing as well.- Maintain quality of the product.- Managing the Team, allocating tasks.- Managing & closing the Sprint/Release workWhat we are looking for:- 3-5.5 years of experience in working on mobile/web Automation testing using Appium/Selenium & python.- Bachelors in engineering preferred, or equivalent work experience.- Well versed with Agile, SDLC, STLC and BLC.- Well versed with Appium/Selenium, Python concepts & Strong development experience with Python, Appium/Selenium.- Experience in Design and implement test automation framework and contribute to improving automation coverage.- Competence with automation methodologies, familiar with at least one or both areas of Selenium or Appium.- Analyze & Review requirements, specifications and technical design documents to provide valid feedback & appropriate estimates.- Experience in creating detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test scenarios, test cases, test scripts, test strategies & debugging issues.- Execute, Analyze test scripts, Report/track defects and publish test results- Exposure of database CRUD operations, SQL queries, unix commands, scripting.- Hands on experience with test management tools and defect tracking tools.- Experience in handling the team.- Exposure with performance and/or security testing & API automation is a plus.- Experience with version control tools like Git and should have working experience on code review.- Good to have exposure on JMeter, Postman, Charles Proxy, CI-CD,TestNG, pytest etc.- Experience with Sanity, regression, Functional, Integration, System, Update, Adhoc, UAT testing types, ability to perform executions in various environments as & when required.- Stay up-to-date with new testing tools & Techniques and flexible enough to apply and adopt new test strategies & processes.- Ability to work individually & as a team.Why should you join us?- Competitive salary and benefits package- Opportunity to work with a talented team of developers- Access to cutting-edge tools and technologies- Regular team activities- Flexible work arrangementsOur interview process will involve :1.
