Job description
Responsibilities
Marketplace/Portal Management:
- End to end P&L management by platform - whether Amazon, Flipkart, BigBasket, blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, other innovative platforms.
- Collaborate with marketplace/portal team to enhance UI/UX features, navigation, and performance.
- Manage product listings, pricing, reviews and ratings and inventory levels to ensure accuracy and availability.
Account Management
- This is a relationship driven business - one needs to liaise with the category, marketing and operations team within Amazon, BigBasket, Flipkart, blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart and other platforms on a daily/weekly basis.
- Strike partnership with the portals so we can be included in lightning deals, deal of the day, marketing banners, homepage banners and other promotions.
Marketplace Marketing:
- Create and execute online marketing campaigns to drive traffic, increase engagement, and promote products.
- Monitor and optimize online advertising campaigns to achieve desired ROI.
Analytics and Reporting:
- Generate regular reports to provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Identify areas of opportunity and develop strategies to address challenges.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- 5+ years experience in ecommerce management.
- Strong understanding of ecommerce platforms, content management systems, and online marketing strategies.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management capabilities.
