Job description
Job Title : Assistant Manager- Indirect Buyer
Location : Chennai M ain T as k s - Ensure P2P process is managed through SAP in an efficient manner and according to Procurement Guideline (ECMS)
- Support of internal business partners in effective system usage
- Act as local contact for all site related Procurement topics
- Execute site buying needs in corporation with ECMS Procurement
- Contribute to performance and value creation for ECMS, Business Unit and Site
- Actively engage with business partners to promote ECMS objectives
- Supplier management support with negotiations, development, and assessments
- Collaborating with BEX on process improvements
M ini m um E d u cation and Q u alifica t ion R e q ui r ed for t he P osition Edu c a t i o n: - Bachelor Degree in Engineering is preferrable
W o r k in g E x pe r i e n c e :
- Strong negotiation skills (Minimum 3 -7 year experience with minimum 2 years indirect procurement)
- Techno-commercial experience in Industry with good knowledge of Purchase process
- Strong communication skills, Work administration, Mentoring and Negotiation skills
T e c hn i c a l & P r o f e ss i o n a l K n o w l ed g e: - Good knowledge of SAP purchase module
