Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Extensive experience (12+ years) in software development, with a focus on Angular.
- Proven track record of designing and implementing complex, scalable, and high-performance web applications.
- Strong knowledge of Angular architecture, design patterns, and best practices.
- Experience with full-stack development is a plus.
Skills:
- Angular (2+), TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3.
- RESTful API integration and consumption.
- Strong understanding of software development principles and best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
- Effective communication and collaboration abilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Architectural Leadership: Lead the design and architecture of complex web applications using Angular, ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability.
- Technical Expertise: Demonstrate a deep understanding of Angular best practices, design patterns, and the latest industry trends. Stay abreast of technological advancements and provide thought leadership within the Angular ecosystem.
- Collaborative Development: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including backend developers, UI/UX designers, and product managers, to deliver high-quality software solutions.
- Code Reviews and Mentorship: Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices. Provide mentorship and guidance to junior developers, fostering a collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment.
- Problem Solving: Tackle complex technical challenges and provide innovative solutions to address project requirements.
- Performance Optimization: Optimize the performance of Angular applications, identifying bottlenecks and implementing solutions for enhanced user experience.
- Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for architectural decisions, design patterns, and codebase.
