Job Title: Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with Minimum 4 Years of Experience
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chartered Accountant (CA) with a minimum of 4 years of professional experience to join our team. As a Qualified CA, you will be responsible for overseeing financial activities, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and providing strategic financial guidance to the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. Ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting principles and regulatory requirements.
- Budgeting and Forecasting: Develop annual budgets and forecasts in collaboration with management. Monitor budget performance and provide recommendations for cost optimization and revenue enhancement.
- Tax Compliance: Manage tax planning and compliance activities, including preparation and filing of tax returns, ensuring adherence to local, state, and federal tax laws and regulations.
- Audit and Internal Controls: Coordinate external audits and liaise with auditors to ensure timely completion of audit processes. Implement and maintain effective internal controls to safeguard assets and ensure financial integrity.
- Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement. Provide insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making and resource allocation.
- Risk Management: Assess financial risks and implement risk mitigation strategies. Monitor market trends and regulatory changes to anticipate potential risks and opportunities.
- Compliance and Regulation: Stay updated on accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices. Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations governing financial reporting and disclosure.
- Stakeholder Communication: Communicate financial information and insights to stakeholders, including senior management, board of directors, investors, and regulatory authorities. Present financial reports, analyses, and recommendations in a clear and concise manner.
Qualifications:
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with membership in a recognized professional accounting body.
- Minimum of 4 years of progressive experience in accounting, finance, or audit roles, preferably in a corporate environment.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting standards, and taxation laws.
- Proficiency in financial analysis tools and accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks).
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic team environment.
