Rake loading supervision and complete commercial formalities like forwarding note & RR generations etc. for container and LSFTO Rakes
Coordination with customer for material and visit customers workplace to understand the customer needs.
Experience of working with SER / ECO R / ER
Co-ordination with customers for rake running status and cargo availability.
MIS of Rail Domestic and support strategy & planning.
Visit goods shed, CRT, sidings to explore business opportunities.
Keeping track of customer's order and its fulfillment status.
Complete control of CRM Data and order status.
Coordination with IR officials for rake placement and regulatory framework.
Coordination for first mile pickup of cargo
Coordination for last mile delivery of Cargo.
Submission of Invoice with customer tracking payment.
Coordination between operations and customer for timely delivery of cargo.
Direct coordination with vendor for different customer needs.
Convert business pertaining to container sales and terminal sales.
Visit transportation market to understand the current dynamics of transportation market and replicate the same in domestic container business
