Responsible for revenue generation, creating association with corporates, communities, hotels, tour operators.
Key Responsibilities
Innovative alliances and partnerships with operating brands in the Mall for all Retailer lead events. Identifying a list of National level brands to tie up with for malls.
Meaningful and mutually beneficial partnership with retailers for all Retailer Partnered events. Enter into an alliance at a national level with the identified brands for marketing, tie up for brand launches across centers.
Developing network with corporates, premium clubs, community groups, HNI EXPAT groups and their strategic alliance with our various premium events
Revenue Maximization
o Sales of Gift Cards to B2B customers
o Consumption driven package sales to Corporates
o SOH revenue
o Sponsorships for events by Mall
o Barter deals for shopping festivals with the marketing heads of these identified brands and our mall marketing teams inputs, to finalize the collaborative annual advertising plans for each mall.
Developing and executing corporate and B2B communication plans and the scheduling and execution of the same. Enhance the brand recall, brand perception through such communications. Advising and sharing the strategy with the digital team for the corporate retail website and digital communication plan
