The Opportunity We're seeking a passionate and experienced Sales Manager to join our dynamic team and lead the way in exceeding sales targets for our exquisite furniture collections.

You'll play a vital role in driving revenue growth, fostering strong client relationships, and building a reputation for exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets for Haus Luxuriant furniture collections. Identify and qualify potential high-net-worth clients through market research, prospecting, and networking activities. Build strong relationships with architects, interior designers, and other industry professionals to expand our client base. Conduct captivating showroom presentations, showcasing the unique value proposition of Haus Luxuriant furniture. Negotiate and close sales contracts, ensuring win-win outcomes for both Haus Luxuriant and clients. Manage and maintain a healthy sales pipeline, tracking leads, proposals, and negotiations. Oversee a team of sales representatives, providing coaching and mentoring to maximize their performance and achieve individual and team goals. Analyze sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities and develop strategic sales initiatives. Stay updated on the latest furniture design trends and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive edge. Prepare insightful sales reports for management, highlighting key metrics and performance indicators.

Mandatory Experience Minimum 5 years of experience in luxury furniture sales, with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.

Desired Skills & Qualifications In-depth knowledge of luxury furniture brands, materials, and design trends. Strong understanding of the luxury design industry and its clientele. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with high-net-worth individuals and industry professionals. Proven negotiation and closing skills. Proficient in sales and CRM software (a plus). Strong leadership and coaching skills to motivate and develop a sales team. Excellent customer service orientation with a commitment to exceeding client expectations. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
