Role And Responsibilities We are currently seeking a Technical Trainer/ Java Trainer to join our team. As a Technical Trainer, you will be responsible for designing and delivering high-quality technical training programs to underprivileged youth. Your role will involve collaborating with the team to develop a strong curriculum based on industry requirements, providing innovative teaching methods, and ensuring the successful implementation of the program.
Your Key Responsibilities Will Include - Designing and updating the technical curriculum according to employer requirements for the C2TC program
- Providing extensive and focused technical training to underprivileged youth
- Mobilizing colleges for outreach to maximize participation in the employability skills program
- Maintaining program operations in college premises and at the digital academy
- Managing and updating databases for training batches
- Collaborating effectively with the team to achieve organizational goals
- Contributing innovativations and improvements to the curriculum

Candidate Qualifications To succeed in this role, you should have the following qualifications:
- Masters' degree in IT/Computer Science or B.Tech/BE or MCA in IT background or similar fields with a keen interest in teaching/training
- 2-6 years of work experience in training/L&D roles with the private sector/student engagement or in core technical/programming/development work in technology or analytics firms
- Certification in advanced programming or data sciences, with demonstrated expertise in at least two or more of the following technologies: C++, Java, SDLC (both traditional/waterfall model and agile), SQL, JavaScript, AngularJS, NodeJS, Java Full Stack (JPA with Hibernate, Spring and SpringBoot)
- Willingness to travel within the city for offline sessions at partnered colleges and online sessions
- Ability to deliver within tight deadlines and engage with multiple stakeholders
- Openness to learning and feedback, and willingness to work in challenging situations
- Demonstrated ability to work in a diverse team
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
