Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and experienced Compliance Specialist to join our team at Podar Education Network. As a Compliance Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring that our organization operates in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards. This is a mid-level position requiring 4 to 6 years of experience in compliance management. The role is based in Parel, Maharashtra, India, and is a full-time employment opportunity.
Qualifications And Skills - Bachelor's degree in law or a related field preferred
- 3 to 6 years of experience in compliance management
- In-depth knowledge of legal compliance requirements
- Experience in managing compliance with Provident Fund (PF) and ESIC
- Strong understanding of regulatory compliance standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and make informed decisions
- Proficiency in MS Office and compliance management software
- Knowledge of tax compliance would be a plus
Roles And Responsibilities - Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify potential compliance risks
- Monitor changes in laws and regulations and update internal processes accordingly
- Serve as the primary point of contact for compliance-related queries and concerns
- Provide training and guidance to employees on compliance matters
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance requirements are met
- Prepare and submit compliance reports to regulatory agencies
- Manage compliance documentation and record-keeping
- Investigate and resolve compliance issues and violations
