Openings for Training and Placement Officer at NCU,Gurugram

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Identifying recruiting companies and establish brand NCU among recruiters. New Recruiters: Identify new recruiters for current placements Existing Recruiters: Liaison with existing recruiters and invite them for placements Create a repository of potential roles / jobs at large companies and facilitate students for meeting their aspiration for a suitable job profile/ company. Mock Interview: students practice answering common questions during the interview. Final Placements: Conduct placement drives for students in terms of numbers, profile and CTC offered to a higher level. Placement & Career Services related coordination with various rating agencies and accreditation bodies like NAAC, NIRF, QS Star Rankings etc. Analyzing market information, latest trends and competitor developments in order to understand the market intelligence for placements. Ensure post-placement employers' appraisal of student placement performance is carried out with appropriate feedback and details of lessons learnt. Maintain and update: Company Database ,Student & Alumni database

Degree Level: Post Graduation is preferred. Experience: 5+ Years experience in placements in edu sector.

Salary Comparable to similar positions in the market and commensurate with experience and skills. Location: The NorthCap University, Sector 23 A, HUDA Gurugram
