Job Overview We are seeking a highly motivated Operation Executive to join our team at Ethics Group of Companies. As an Operation Executive, you will play a crucial role in optimizing our supply chain operations and ensuring efficient order processing. This is a mid-level position with 4 to 6 years of experience required. The job is based in Cochin, Kerala, India and is a full-time position.
Qualifications And Skills - 4 to 6 years of experience in supply chain management or logistics
- Knowledge of last mile, first mile, and mid mile delivery operations
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills
- Experience in managing a team of delivery executives and bikers
- Proficiency in using supply chain management software and tools
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of safety and quality standards in logistics operations
Roles And Responsibilities - Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations to ensure timely and accurate order processing
- Manage the last mile, first mile, and mid mile delivery operations
- Supervise and train a team of delivery executives and bikers
- Oversee inventory management and stock replenishment
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in all operations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and identify areas for improvement
- Generate reports and analyze data to track key performance indicators
- Implement best practices to optimize operational efficiency
- Resolve any escalated issues or customer complaints
- Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in supply chain management
