Job description

Just Esops specializes in designing and implementing employee stock options schemes for companies in India. We help companies design their stock option plans using a systematic framework and also deliver the necessary legal and employee communication documents to implement the plan.

We are looking for someone with a Sales and Strategic Partnerships background, especially someone who has an existing network of VC and PE fund Investment Managers in India. A network of funded startups is also desirable.

You will reach out to VCs, PEs and potential clients to bring in new business into the company on a regular basis. You will ensure that a steady pipeline of clients is maintained throughout the year. You should have demonstrated track record of running a sales book successfully over the past few years.

We are also considering launching in the US and depending on your performance, you will be part of that project. The role has tremendous growth potential for the right candidate.

You should be fluent in written and spoken English, confident and articulate in your communication with senior, CXO, director, founder level individuals, with attention to detail in your work. Professionalism, accuracy, reliability and timeliness should be of the highest standards.
