Job description

To monitor and drive overall sales, by guiding and managing the overall performance of the front-end sales executives for the assigned area within the organization.

  1. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
  1. Sales - Execute the strategy to achieve sales target for the region as set by the management. 
  1. PJP - Review PJP reports of all primary sales executives to ensure optimum coverage and effectiveness.
  2. Dealer Visit Norms - Ensure that sales executives are following the dealer visiting norms, as decided by senior management, in terms of active and inactive dealers.
  3. Channel Infrastructure - Maintain premium distributor/dealer connect to ensure continuous order/billing and provide all necessary support in terms of lead generation, secondary field executive support etc. required for the same.
  4. Inactive dealer - Review the inactive dealers in the system and mark as dormant based on the issue, in CRM.
  5. Order/Collection - Order Clearances/Collection and follow up for commercial clearance.
  6. Logistics - Follow up with logistics for vehicle arrangement and go-down person for smooth dispatches.
  7. CRM - Id creation of Distributors, Dealers, Mason, Engineers
  8. Dealer Connect - Daily Active/Inactive/Prospective Dealers calling.
  9. Branding - Raise branding requests, coordinating with various stakeholders, approval of completed work. 
  10. Analytics – Perform various analysis of different data sets as per requirement of strategy team for business improvement.
  11. Dashboarding - Prepare MIS reports and dashboard as per requirement of the strategy.
  12. Employee Activation - Opening and Blocking of Employee Ids in CRM
  13. Query Resolution - Resolving field team or dealer’s queries related to ledger, cash back, cash discount, price protection.
  14. Stakeholder coordination - Coordination between HO, field team and other stakeholders for various activities such as POP materials, KYC tracking, selfie verification, DP/RCP updation, go-down stock tracking, outstanding clearance follow up among others.
