Job description
We are seeking an experienced IT Recruiter with a minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in a dynamic IT software solutions company. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills a strong command over the English language and a proven track record of successfully hiring technical positions within the IT sector.
Responsibilities:
1. Talent Acquisition:
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their technical staffing needs.
Source identify and engage toptier candidates through various channels including job portals social media and professional networks.
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
2. Candidate Assessment:
Screen resumes conduct initial interviews and assess candidates technical skills to ensure a strong match with the job requirements.
Coordinate technical assessments and evaluations as needed to evaluate candidates proficiency.
3. Job Postings and Networking:
Create compelling job descriptions and post them on multiple job portals to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
Utilize social media and professional networks to expand the companys reach and connect with potential candidates.
4. Relationship Management:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
Provide regular updates to hiring managers on the status of open positions and candidate pipelines.
5. Data Management:
Maintain accurate and uptodate records of candidate information in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Generate reports and metrics to track recruitment effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
6. Continuous Improvement:
Stay updated on industry trends best practices and emerging technologies in IT recruitment.
Proactively suggest and implement improvements to the recruitment process to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications:
1. Educational Background:
Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
2. Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of experience as an IT Recruiter in a software solutions company.
3. Skills:
Strong communication skills with proficiency in the English language.
Demonstrated experience in hiring for technical positions within the IT sector.
Familiarity with various job portals and recruitment tools.
Ability to assess technical skills and qualifications effectively.
4. Attributes:
Proactive and resultsoriented.
Strong interpersonal and relationshipbuilding skills.
Ability to work in a fastpaced and dynamic environment.
