Job description
. Function as an Environmental Engineer on project, assuming responsibility for the work of the project team.
. Ensure environmental compliance of design and construction with all applicable environmental standards and regulations.
. Conduct on-site training of environmental related topics.
. Review the environmental permits and renewals.
. Maintain relevant key performance indicators.
. Conduct environmental surveys, studies and site investigations.
. Carrying out site assessments like air and water quality monitoring and mitigation
. Complete other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.
. Identification and consideration of potential contaminant sources, recommendations on clean-up, reclamation and waste management activities, and maintenance of recycling and waste disposal methods
. Develop guidelines for the collection and disposal of hazardous materials
