Job Overview
We are seeking a seasoned and organized Operations Manager to lead and oversee the operational aspects of our client in hospitality services. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient daytoday operations implementing and improving processes and maintaining highquality standards in service delivery. This role requires strong leadership skills attention to detail and a deep understanding of the hospitality industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the resort restaurants and hospitality business.
- Develop and implement operational strategies policies and procedures to ensure smooth and efficient functioning of the organization.
- Continuously monitor and analyze operational processes identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes.
- Oversee and manage the operational budget ensuring responsible allocation of resources to meet operational needs while adhering to financial targets.
- Make datadriven decisions to optimize resource utilization and minimize wastage.
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency. Lead process improvement initiatives working crossfunctionally with other departments to drive changes and enhance overall performance.
- Ensure that all operational activities adhere to company standards industry regulations and legal requirements.
- Implement and maintain quality control measures to deliver products or services of the highest standard.
- Identify potential risks in operational processes and develop strategies to mitigate them.
- Proactively address issues and develop contingency plans to maintain continuity in critical operations.
- Stay updated on the latest technological advancements relevant to the industry and incorporate suitable systems and tools to improve operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with other senior leaders to contribute to the development of the organizations strategic plans and objectives.
- Ensure that operational plans align with the overall corporate strategy.
- Provide strong leadership to the operations team including managers and staff. Foster a positive and high performance work culture set clear performance expectations and facilitate professional growth and development.
- Monitor and analyze financial reports to identify areas for cost reduction and revenue growth
- Manage and motivate a team of employees to achieve operational goals
- Foster a culture of exceptional customer service and guest satisfaction
- Maintain positive relationships with vendors suppliers and business partners
- Continuously assess and improve the quality of products and services offered by the hotel and hospitality business.
Requirements
- A Bachelors degree in business management or any other relevant field
- 510 years experience in Operational role in hospitality set up is preferred
- Strong leadership and management skills able to motivate and lead teams
- Excellent organizational and problemsolving abilities able to think critically and come up with creative solutions
- Good communication skills both verbally and in writing able to present information to groups and answer inquiries
- Ability to work with large amounts of data and financial information with strong mathematical and analytical skills
- Knowledge of process improvement techniques and a history of successfully implementing them
