Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and creative individual to join our team as a Researcher - Outreach and Social Media. This role is pivotal in enhancing our online presence, building brand awareness, and engaging with our target audience. The ideal candidate will be passionate about market research, content creation, and leveraging social media platforms for effective digital marketing.

Job Responsibilities : Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities in the real estate industry. Analyze consumer behavior and preferences to inform strategic decision-making. Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement. Create and curate engaging content for various platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others. Monitor social media channels for industry trends, discussions, and opportunities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and implement outreach campaigns. Build and nurture relationships with influencers, industry experts, and potential partners. Identify and leverage networking opportunities to enhance brand presence. Generate compelling and relevant content for blogs, articles, and social media posts. Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistency in brand messaging and tone. Track and analyze social media metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns. Prepare regular reports with insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. Proven experience in social media management, content creation, and digital marketing. Strong research and analytical skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Familiarity with analytics tools and platforms.
