Our client is a leading investment bank with strong practices around M&A, PE, Capital Markets, Institutional Equities, Wealth Management, Insurance Broking, and Portfolio Management Services.
Roles & Responsibility: - Working knowledge of regulations – SEBI (ICDR) Regulations, SEBI (LODR) Regulations, Companies Act, 2013, and other relevant laws.
- Knowledge of the processes within Capital Market transactions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-based environment with minimal supervision.
- Proven efficiency in MS Office products – Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Ability to organize and track overlapping tasks and assignments, with frequent priority changes.
- Willingness to travel.
Requirements - 1-3 years in an Investment Bank with experience of Corporate Finance execution related to Equity Capital Markets.
- MBA / CA / CS / LLB with relevant experience
