Job Description: As a Junior Human Resource Associate at Samvedna Development Society, you will play a crucial role in supporting our HR functions. You will work closely with the HR team to facilitate various aspects of human resource management, with a primary focus on recruitment and staffing. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to gain hands-on experience in the field of HR while making a meaningful impact on society.

Responsibilities: Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers. Manage job postings on various platforms and social media channels to attract qualified candidates. Screen resumes and applications to identify potential candidates that meet the organization's requirements. Schedule and coordinate interviews, assessments, and other recruitment-related activities. Support new employee onboarding processes, including conducting orientation sessions and facilitating paperwork completion. Maintain accurate records of employee information, including personal details, attendance, and performance evaluations. Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal and organizational standards. Handle employee inquiries and provide support on HR-related matters. Collaborate with other departments to address HR needs and support organizational goals. Requirements: A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR, with a focus on recruitment and staffing. MBA in Human Resources or a related field. Experience in the Recruitment and Staffing industry is preferred. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail. Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion. Proficiency in MS Office applications and HRIS software. Knowledge of employment laws and regulations. A passion for social impact and a commitment to our organization's mission.
