Job Description :

1. Strategy Thinking: Develop and implement innovative brand strategies tailored for the healthcare sector and align strategies with the unique needs and regulations of the healthcare industry.
2. Consumer/HCP Insights: Conduct thorough research to understand healthcare consumer and professional insights. Translate insights into strategic plans that resonate with target audiences.
3. Secondary Data Mining: Utilize various sources to gather relevant secondary data specific to healthcare. Analyze healthcare data to inform strategic decision-making.
4. Data Analytics: Leverage data analytics tools to gain actionable insights for healthcare campaigns.
5. Project Management: Oversee end-to-end project management for healthcare clients.
6. Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and healthcare professionals. Communicate effectively to ensure alignment with healthcare clients' goals.
7. Attention to Details: Demonstrate meticulous attention to details, particularly in healthcare compliance. Ensure accuracy and precision in healthcare-related data analysis and reporting.
8. Team Player: Share healthcare industry knowledge and contribute to team success.
9. Marketing & Data Soft Skills: Apply marketing expertise with a focus on healthcare industry nuances.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

• 3 years of experience in brand planning, preferably in healthcare advertising.

• Strong understanding of healthcare industry regulations and compliance.

• Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
