- Proven track record of achieving lead generation targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills

Roles and Responsibilities
- Conduct market research to identify potential leads and target industries
- Generate and qualify leads through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach
- Build and maintain a lead database using a CRM system
- Develop and execute lead generation strategies to meet sales targets
- Collaborate with the sales team to convert leads into customers
