Donor Relations:
Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with existing donors, keeping them informed about the NGO's activities and impact.
Assist in identifying and researching potential donors, foundations, and corporate partners aligned with the NGO's mission.
Fundraising Campaigns:
Collaborate with the fundraising team to develop and implement effective fundraising campaigns, ensuring timely and successful execution.
Coordinate logistics for events, appeals, and campaigns, including online and offline initiatives.
Grant Writing and Proposals:
Support the development of grant proposals, applications, and reports to secure funding from various sources.
Work closely with program teams to gather information and data necessary for compelling grant submissions.
Data Management:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date donor records in the CRM system.
Generate reports and analyze fundraising data to evaluate campaign performance and identify areas for improvement.
Communication and Marketing:
Collaborate with the communication team to create fundraising materials, such as newsletters, brochures, and online content.
Assist in drafting compelling stories and impact reports to showcase the NGO's achievements to donors.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Nonprofit Management, Communication).
Previous experience in fundraising or related fields is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and project management abilities.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
