Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Inside Sales Specialist located in Chennai. As an Inside Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for day-to-day activities related to lead generation, customer satisfaction, communication, and customer service. You will work with the sales team to generate and close new business, while ensuring overall customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Inside Sales and Lead Generation with Minimum 1 Year Experience
• Excellent communication skills to interact with leads, clients, and team members
• Ability to assess and prioritize customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction
• Strong customer service skills with ability to handle difficult situations and resolve conflicts
• Self-motivated individual with strong problem-solving skills
• Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or related fields
• Experience in handling North American clients would be an added advantage
