Job Title:
Business Analyst/Project Manager - RPA Strong BA/PO with RPA (Robotic process Automation) - US Healthcare domain Responsibilities: Identifying automation scope and feasibilities, Process support to Development team, Testing arrangements with SMEs and quality gap analysis Assess automation opportunity from technical perspective and provide solutions Understand business requirements and document them for RPA developers to deploy the automation in an optimal manner via BRD/PDD/SDD/TDD workflow diagrams Define technical framework considering all relevant artefacts including Data Integration, Security, Infrastructure Hosting, Performance and Scalability Perform detailed estimations of the finalized in scope processes Build a business case justifying ROI Ensure that RPA processes are designed in accordance with standard RPA design principles and conventions using SDLC / Agile methodology Should be able to create a level 5 document on the current process and build a ‘To be’ solution Support Pre-sale activities with Account Managers including POC, provide technical solutions, effort estimation, define delivery strategy and plan Review the testing strategy / approach and results for quality and completeness Anticipate, identify, track and resolve technical issues and risks affecting delivery Document and maintain Change Requests, Issue Logs, Process Assessments, Test Case and Traceability Matrix for the projects Guide the developers through the project completion Build and lead a collaborative environment, cultivating relationships across all lines of business to gain consensus, communicate and promote best-practices in RPA operations, and project delivery Qualifications: 8+ years of experience strong experience as Business Analyst in RPA tools and Cognitive platforms such as – Automation Anywhere, UiPath, WorkFusion, Blueprism, Pega etc Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or related degree — preferred Should be able to create a complete technical architecture for RPA projects making sure the architecture is extensible and scalable Experience with Process Analysis, Process Re-design, Design and Implementation, Creating Test Plan for System(s) Testing including UAT Should be able to design Business and Technical requirements specification document for RPA Projects Should have completed relevant training/certifications in A2019/A360 Basic understanding of Lean Six Sigma process and Agile methodologies Experience in Healthcare domain would be preferred Must Require Skills · Creating visual workflows using MS Visio, PowerPoint, Lucid chart, Google Drawings · Working experience in Automation Anywhere A2019/360 · Experience with cloud platforms and services, such as AWS, GCP, Azure, etc. · Exposure to other RPA tools, such as UiPath, Power Automate, Blue Prism, is preferred but not a mandatory Regards, Chetan Gurudev [email protected]Job tags
