Job description

C++ Developer - CONTRACT - 6 MONTHS

Location : REMOTE

Experience: 5 - 7 years

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain efficient and reliable C++ code.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
Implement performance and quality modules.
Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to mitigate and address these issues.
Help maintain code quality, organization, and automation.
Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends.
Participate in software architecture and design discussions.
Work closely with QA engineers to ensure software quality and reliability.
Assist in troubleshooting, diagnosing, and fixing production issues as needed.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience as a C++ Developer, with a strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles.
Proficiency in C++, with a good grasp of memory management, multi-threading, and other low-level system interactions.
Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies, such as Agile or Scrum.
Experience with version control systems, such as Git.
Knowledge of data structures and algorithms.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience with other programming languages (e.g., Python, Java) and technologies (e.g., SQL, Linux) is a plus.
