Job Role: Sr. Data ScientistLocation: Bengaluru(Hybrid)Job Description:UsefulBI is seeking an experienced and highly skilled MLOps to join our Machine Learning team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in data science and a proven track record of successfully delivering advanced analytics solutions. As a MLOps at UsefulBI, you will be responsible for leveraging your expertise in machine learning, deep learning, and MLOps to drive data-driven insights and enable efficient model deployment.Job Responsibilities:Apply advanced statistical and machine learning techniques to analyze large datasets and extract meaningful insights to solve complex business problems.Develop and deploy predictive models, algorithms, and statistical models to optimize various business processes and decision-making.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data engineers, software engineers, and domain experts, to design and implement end-to-end data science solutions.Utilize tools and technologies such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Amazon SageMaker to build, train, and deploy scalable and high-performance machine learning models.Optimize model performance through techniques like parallel processing, model compression, and hardware acceleration to ensure efficient and accurate predictions.Implement MLOps best practices, including model deployment, monitoring, and maintenance, to ensure smooth and reliable model operations.Stay updated with the latest advancements in data science, machine learning, and MLOps domains and apply them to enhance the team's capabilities.Communicate complex findings and insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders through clear and compelling visualizations, reports, and presentations.Qualification :Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience working as a Data Scientist or in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced and data-intensive environment.Strong expertise in machine learning algorithms, deep learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch), and statistical modeling techniques.Proven experience with end-to-end data science project lifecycle, from problem formulation and data exploration to model development, evaluation, and deployment.Solid understanding of MLOps practices, including model deployment, versioning, monitoring, and performance optimization.Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Scala, with experience in software development best practices and version control systems.Familiarity with cloud platforms and services, particularly Amazon Web Services (AWS), including Amazon SageMaker for model hosting and inference.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and propose innovative solutions to complex business challenges.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and present findings to stakeholders.
