Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Coordinator located in New Delhi. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, providing excellent customer service, and providing administrative assistance to the team. This role will involve overall coordination work across all departments, HR, Accounts, Business Development and Client and Vendor coordination. This role is for someone who understands how to communicate in a polite but firm manner. You report directly to the CEO of the company and also coordinate his meetings and work.

Salary Package: 1.8 - 2.4 Lakhs/Annum. (15,000 to 20,000 per month)

Qualifications

• Analytical skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Operations management experience preferred
• Excellent customer service skills, including conflict resolution and problem-solving
• Experience in administrative assistance and organization
• Bachelor's degree or higher in business management, operations, or related field preferred
• Knowledge of renewable energy and sustainability practices preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Sheets
