Job Description :We are hiring for Linux Admin for CMMI Level 5 Company. Work from office mandatory (5days a week) Mode of Hire : Permanent Shift Timings : 12:30 PM to 10:30 PM IST(UK Business hours) (On call Support off business hour and weekend is mandatory for this) Job Description : - Expert in Linux Administration (RHEL) - Expert in KVM / RHEV Administration - Expert in LVM - Advanced shell scripting - Recovery of Operating system from backup - Server / OS Crash analysis - Performance tuning - Knowledge in other Unix flavours like Ubuntu, etc - Knowledge in other domains such as Storage, Backup, and network. - Experience managing/operating systems on Azure - Expert in ITIL processes - Good exposure in various ticketing and monitoring tools - Should have L2&L3 skills in Linux. - Install and Configure Linux Systems. - Perform System Maintenance. - Fault finding, analysis and of logging information for reporting of performance exceptions - Proactively monitoring system performance and capacity planning - Provide input on ways to improve the stability, security, efficiency, and scalability of the environment - Experience with Linux servers in virtualized environments (Vmware or any hypervisor) - Knowledge in subscription management on Red hat portal - Patch management (ref:hirist.tech)
