Responsible for identifying and assessing training needs within the hotel
Developing Training plans and implementing various training methods to enhance employee's skill and performance
Proper evaluation of guest feedback and find the gap in the services in various department and plan the training calendar accordingly
Ensure operational departmental training are happening as per calendar submitted by departmental HOD and maintain the recordsTake care of the induction for all new joiners
Impart the soft skill training and coordinate with HR for various sustainability projects
