Role Description

We are looking for 2 posts full-time 1) Commercial Leasing Executive and 2)commercial leasing manager to join our team. This is a hybrid role, located in Chandigarh but with flexibility for some remote work. The Commercial Leasing Manager will be responsible for managing our portfolio of commercial properties, developing new business relationships with potential clients, negotiating leases, and ensuring that all properties are leased to high-quality tenants who will be a good fit for our company.

Qualifications for leasing manager

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent negotiation and sales skills
• Knowledge of leasing regulations and procedures
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Degree in Business, Real Estate or related field is preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial leasing or related field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
• Experience with marketing and advertising leasing opportunities
• Ability to analyze market trends and demand for leasing opportunities
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
• Familiarity with the commercial leasing market around uppernorth and surrounding areas is a plus
