We're Entri , a fast-growing, EdTech startup from Kochi and we're on the lookout for an extremely self-driven Sales Trainer to join our Inside sales Team . Although we have learned that the number of years of experience is not a reliable indicator of the person's skill or productivity, we believe someone with 2+ years of Inside sales or Trainer experience would be best suited to adapt quickly to our challenging requirements and pace. In this role, you will be working with a motivated team to drive conversions for programs. Your job responsibilities will include:
1. Conduct skills gap analyses to identify areas of improvement
2. Design training curriculum within time and budget limitations
3. Create and curate training material.
4. Induct new salespeople into the process
5. Coordinate individual and team performance review sessions to discuss strengths and weaknesses
6. Monitor sales objectives and results and drive conversion
7. Coach Team members to handle rebuttals effectively.
8. Observe sales encounters and collect feedback, results, and performance data of trainees after sessions.
9. Report on the impact of training programs (e.g. sales achieved)
10. Maintain updated records of training material and curriculum

● Proven work experience as a Sales Trainer or similar role.
● At least 2 years of experience as a sales coach, training specialist, or a similar position
● Manage the full training cycle, including in-person activities and web-based learning
● Excellent organizational skills, communication and presentation abilities
● Ability to measure performance, experience with building and developing teams
● Bachelor's degree
● Possession of certifications in training would be an advantage.
● Excellent knowledge of sales techniques and customer service best practices.
● Excellent communication skills - English and Tamil
Working days: 6 days a week.
Working hours: Flexible
Location: Remote / Hybrid (Bangalore/ Kochi)
