Job description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing comprehensive social media strategies to enhance brand awareness, engage audiences, and drive conversions for our brand globally. You will collaborate closely with internal teams and other stakeholders to ensure alignment with overall marketing objectives and deliver outstanding results. You will have a strong marketing background with excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities: 1. Strategy Development: ● Develop and execute innovative social media strategies tailored to the organization’s goals and target audience. ● Conduct thorough research and analysis of industry trends, competitor activities, and audience preferences to inform strategy development. 2. Content Creation and Management: ● Create compelling and engaging content across various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn, . ● Collaborate with graphic designers, copywriters, or agencies to produce high-quality visual and written content. ● Schedule and publish content, ensuring consistency in voice, tone, and branding. 3. Community Engagement: ● Foster meaningful interactions with followers and communities by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner. ● Monitor social media channels for trends, conversations, and opportunities to engage with relevant audiences. ● Implement strategies to grow and nurture online communities around the brands. ● Implement strategies to encourage user-generated content and community contributions. ● Proficiency in LinkedIn Sales Navigator to deliver targeted communications 4. Influencer Collaborations: ● Identify and leverage key social media influencers, globally, to amplify brand reach and engagement. ● Craft influencer marketing strategies that align with our brand values and goals. 5. Performance Tracking and Reporting: ● Utilise analytics tools to track key metrics, analyze performance data, and measure the effectiveness of social media campaigns. ● Prepare comprehensive reports outlining campaign performance, insights, and recommendations for optimization. ● Use insights gained to refine strategies and drive continuous improvement. 6. Online Events/Webinar Management: ● Plan online events/webinars on LinkedIn Live, oversee technical elements, and ensure seamless event execution. 7. PR (Public Relations)

● Collaborate with PR agencies/stakeholders to execute media outreach and secure press coverage. ● Leverage social media to reach a larger audience and drive engagement 8. Internal Communication ● Helps create a best-in-class internal communications strategy that fuels employee engagement, and influences connectivity and culture, positively impacting all offices. ● Develops communication materials using a variety of tactics (written communications, presentation materials, and other platforms, town halls, small group meetings, etc.) to articulate key messages. ● Ensures communication messaging is high quality, accurate, appropriate, and integrated with priorities and themes. ● Assists in the planning, coordination, and execution of internal employee events as needed and appropriate. 9. Customer Life Cycle Management ● Develop and implement customer engagement strategies throughout the customer life cycle. ● Create targeted messaging and content for each stage of the customer journey. ● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver personalized customer experience

Qualifications: ● Proven experience of at least 5-7 years in social media marketing. ● Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices. ● Excellent written and verbal communication skills. ● Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms like Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Brand 24, and Buffer. ● Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and staying up-to-date with industry developments. ● Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. ● Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. ● Experience with paid social media advertising is a plus.
