Company: Arihant Trips Location: Ahmedabad Salary - 5 lakh per annum + bonus and travel tickets Job Type: Full-time Overview: Arihant Trips, a leading travel company catering to big corporates, high net worth individuals, and production houses, is seeking a talented and proactive individual to join our team as an Executive Assistant & Client Manager. This multifaceted role involves managing client relationships, overseeing administrative tasks, handling payroll responsibilities, and playing a crucial role in managing our team of 20. Responsibilities: 1. Executive Support: - Provide comprehensive executive support to the Founder, including managing schedules, coordinating travel arrangements, and handling confidential correspondence. - Draft, edit, and proofread emails, reports, and presentations with precision and professionalism. - Assist with special projects and initiatives as required. 2. Client Management: - Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery and timely resolution of inquiries and concerns. - Maintain strong client relationships through regular communication, follow-ups, and personalized assistance. - Coordinate bookings, itineraries, and logistics to ensure seamless travel experiences for clients. 3. Administrative Duties: - Oversee payroll administration, including tracking hours, processing payments, and maintaining accurate records. - Manage office operations, including procurement of supplies, equipment maintenance, and facilities management. - Support the Founder with administrative tasks, calendar management, and meeting coordination. 4. Team Management: - Lead and supervise a team of 20 employees, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback. - Coordinate team schedules, assignments, and deadlines to ensure efficient operations and exceptional service delivery. - Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages teamwork, creativity, and professional growth. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field preferred. - Proven experience in executive support, client management, and team leadership roles within the travel or hospitality industry. - Excellent communication skills in fluent English, with the ability to interact confidently with clients and colleagues from diverse backgrounds. - Strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and proficiency in multitasking. - Proficiency in MS Office Suite and other relevant software applications. - Experience in payroll administration and familiarity with relevant regulations and procedures. - Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks, solve problems, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
