Amazon Business Customer Service (ABCS) is seeking an experienced Learning Leader to manage the global operations and strategy for training delivery activities worldwide. The L6 Global Learning Delivery Manager develops, and optimizes, global learning experiences and process improvements to drive efficiencies and increased learner readiness in internal, virtual and external sites. This role is required to establish flexible and scalable operational process and organizational structures to support an ever-growing business at a fast pace. This role is directly responsible for the ideation and execution of complex training programs/projects that are considered business critical, with significant impact while it also oversees and is accountable for the day-to-day execution of the processes by their teams. This role supports the ABCS vision and durable problems and is required to apply strategical thinking to define solutions for them, which are not developed yet. You will partner with, and influence, business and operational stakeholders to continuously identify learning needs, and raise the bar on the impact of behavior based training solutions. You will work across all the regional teams and cross-vertically with ASCS, D2AS and SDS learning and training delivery counterparts, to influence learning delivery processes and ensure needs and requirements are included in WWCS learning objectives. Experience using business metrics, and training data to track, trend, and manage impact of training effort
Experience collaborating with cross functional teams
Experience formulating and implementing training/performance improvement strategies, technologies, methodologies, and procedures for standardization and delivery throughout the organization.
Experience in Amazon Training
Experience with KNET
Experience with Tableau
