Digital Marketing Executive

About Growtomation: We're RevOps+HubSpot Diamond partner consultants. We help organizations utilize HubSpot to streamline their sales/marketing/business functions. We are one of the fastest-growing martech companies based out of Gurgaon.

As per the role, you will be working for both B2B and B2C clients in setting up their HubSpot CRM, marketing and sales processes. You will be planning, monitoring, and implementing the setup customized to their business (don't worry - we'll be teaching you everything over your technical knowledge.) All in all, you're a hustler who has knowledge of the digital marketing tech stack (preferably HubSpot) and is open to learning while you start owning the processes here ASAP. You are a dynamic individual with diverse experience in utilizing various marketing automation tools and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.

Responsibilities: Understand client’s requirements in detail and figure how HubSpot should be set up for them. Create all kinds of workflows (process-based, campaign-based) and smart lists, filters, views, etc. in HubSpot CRM Define and visualize customer journeys. Eventually create pipelines and advanced reports in HubSpot (as per how client's business is) Client communication and Account ownership - Planning deliverables, delegation and project management. Analyze and resolve client problems and assist team members in day-to-day tasks. Takes ownership and accountability for the tasks assigned.

Technical Skills and Requirements: Must have excellent English writing and speaking skills HubSpot Certification is preferable. Preferably hands-on experience working with HubSpot or hands-on experience with marketing automation tools such as Marketo, Clevertap, Pardot, and Mailchimp. Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, and Zoho CRM. Working knowledge of paid advertising platforms including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads. Advantage if you are comfortable with HTML and CSS. You don’t have to code but you should be able to make minor changes in the HTML/CSS. Knowledge in Digital Marketing (B2B preferred) Willing to work in a Startup culture and small team Flexible with the work hours (it could be less on certain days / daunting on other days)
