Job description

 Receive incoming calls and emails; take messages, respond appropriately and route correspondence to the appropriate executive of staff member.
 Provide required support to field Sales Team.
 Co-coordinating with Sales Team for daily reporting and compilation of report person-wise in a given format.
 Handling Front Office
 Guest / Visitors Management & hospitality
 Housekeeping of office & monitoring staff attendance
 Execution of administrative work assigned by Directors thru Office boys / assistants.
 Incoming / outgoing calls management
 Maintain daily incoming & outgoing registers for courier, post & office consumables.
 Co-ordinate for upkeep of sufficient inventory requirements of crockery, milk, sugar, tea, perfumes, biscuits, stationery etc. along with Asst. Manager- Admin.
 Co-ordinate with Vendor for marketing.
 Check Property Portal & Lead Distribution _Generate Report.
