Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team in promoting and selling our newly introduced Single Super Phosphate fertilizers. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a pioneering venture that combines the reliability of a well-established pipe manufacturing company with the innovation of a new fertilizer division. Responsibilities Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for our Single Super Phosphate fertilizers. Identify and target potential clients, including agricultural retailers, distributors, and farmers. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the agricultural sector. Provide product knowledge and technical support to clients, addressing inquiries and concerns effectively. Collaborate with marketing teams to create impactful promotional materials and campaign. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies. · Achieve and exceed sales targets, contributing to the overall success of the fertilizer division. Utilizing market information & personal network to develop marketing initializes for generating leads. Arranging and stocking of our Product at all sale points in my territory timely and adequately. Preparation of Village wise Development Program. Timely monitoring and evaluation of the different development program. Point wise reporting of the achievements every month to the reporting manager. Arrange promotional Activity effectively. Proper utilization of resources to provide best service to the customer. Maintaining good relationship with the customer. Establishing and managing distributor’s network, ensuring sales, stocks and collection. Planning and Implementing the Activities for gaining maximum market share by increasing sale. Creating innovative ideas for the improvement of business in my region.Job tags
