Job Purpose
Responsibilities includes managing the endtoend process of syndicating various credit facilities conducting a review of the term sheet structure meeting borrower expectation relationship management liaison with various participants (Borrower/ Lenders/ LLC / LIE / Security Trustee etc.) documentation aspects etc.
Experience : 1215 years of relevant experience in leading the endtoend execution of Loan Syndication Transactions.
Location : Mumbai
Key Skills:
Strong business technical and analytical acumen.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
Proven experience in loan syndication.
Market Intelligence and indepth knowledge of market trends and regulatory frameworks.
Indepth understanding of infrastructure project financing
Ability to work effectively in crossfunctional teams
