Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Reservations Ticketing Agent located in Pune. The Reservations Ticketing Agent will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as handling reservations, providing customer service, travel and tourism-related tasks, and sales. Qualifications Strong interpersonal and communication skills Experience in reservations, customer service, travel & tourism, and sales Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think on the fly Strong attention to detail and multitasking capabilities Ability to work independently and as a part of a team Bachelor's degree or diploma in Travel and Tourism or related field is a plus Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
