Qualifications And Skills - Minimum 4 to 6 years of experience as an Inspection And Documentation Engineer (Mechanical) or related field
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or relevant discipline
- Strong knowledge of inspection techniques, welding processes, and coating systems
- Familiarity with non-destructive testing (NDT) methods and interpretation of results
- Ability to analyze and interpret technical data, drawings, and specifications
- Proficient in using inspection tools and equipment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining records and documentation
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Knowledge of relevant industry regulations, codes, and standards
Roles And Responsibilities - Inspect fabrication work, welding, and coatings to ensure compliance with industry standards and project specifications
- Monitor and review non-destructive testing (NDT) results to identify any defects, irregularities, or potential failures
- Provide recommendations for repair or replacement based on inspections and analysis
- Maintain and update static equipment and piping records accurately and timely
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective documentation and communication of inspection findings
- Assist in the preparation of technical reports, procedures, and other relevant documentation
- Stay updated with industry regulations, codes, and standards related to inspection and documentation
- Conduct regular audits to verify compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards
