What will your job look like?
- • Provide technical leadership as Database/Datawarehouse Specialist to the overall program and own specific modules.
• Along with Architecture team, drive the implementation and continuous enhancement of program modules.
• Opportunity to work on leading technologies including Databricks, AWS/Azure.
• Participate in analyzing and building Data Models for various sources.
• Lead technical discussions related to product / application / modules / team. Establishes relationships with internal customers/partners
• Present demos of the software products to partners and internal/external customers, using technical knowledge to influence the direction and evolution of the product/solution.
• Bring continuous improvements/efficiencies to the software or business processes by utilizing software engineering tools and various innovative techniques, and reusing existing solutions.
All you need is...
- • Total experience of at least 7+ years, atleast 3 years’ experience with Databricks Lakehouse Platform
• Mandatory – Experience on Installing, configuring, maintaining, optimizing Databricks.
• Experience in monitoring cluster performance, resource utilization, and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal performance.
• Optimize cluster configurations for performance and cost-effectiveness
• Proficiency in cloud platforms like AWS/Azure/Google Cloud. Preferably certified in AWS/Azure
• Experience with Linux/Unix system administration
• Experience in setting up CI/CD tooling including pipeline orchestration, source code control, repository management, is a plus.
• Experience/knowledge in other DB/Devops tools/technologies like Kubernetes etc is a plus
