Contact Centre CCE L2- Navi Mumbai 2 position
Required Exp : 5-7 Years
Location : Navi Mumbai (On Site)
Technical Skill requirement:
• Primary Skills: Cisco UCCE + PCCE, Acqueon LCM (List & Campaign Management), Cisco Outbound Dialer, UCCE, MS SQL Server.
• Knowledge of Cisco Inbound and Outbound Dialer.
• Maintain & Manage UCCE Components
• Maintain & Manage List & Campaign Manager
• Maintain & Manage recording device, Calabrio, NICE
• Coordination with Cisco TAC , Acqueon TAC
• L2 Support for UCCE + PCCE components and Customized Application.
• Guide L1 team during P1/P2 issue to troubleshoot and take proactive approach on learning, Creating SOP for known issues.
• Maintain documentation in line with the Contact Centre solution implemented.
• Thorough analysis for system issues faced and provides effective solutions.
• Prepare and share RCA for any P1 and P2 incidents.
• Maintain and Manage site inventory and other documentation.
• Support, troubleshoot LCM product from Acqueon.
• Willingness to work in 8 x 6 across rotational shifts.
• Saturday is a working day for 2 weeks in a month.
