Job Title: Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) Manager

Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) Expert to join our team.

D2C Strategy And Planning

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully scaling businesses from 1 crore to 5 crore and possess a deep understanding of the D2C landscape. Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive D2C strategy aligned with Torchit's mission and growth objectives.
  • Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for business expansion.

Revenue Growth

  • Drive the growth of Torchit's D2C sales from 1 crore to 5 crore and beyond.
  • Implement effective pricing strategies, promotions, and product launches to maximize revenue.

Customer Acquisition And Retention

  • Lead customer acquisition efforts through targeted marketing campaigns, partnerships, and digital channels.
  • Develop and implement retention strategies to enhance customer loyalty and lifetime value.

E-commerce Operations

  • Oversee the end-to-end e-commerce operations, including website functionality, user experience, and order fulfillment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize the online shopping experience for customers.

Data Analytics And Performance Metrics

  • Utilize data analytics to measure and analyze the effectiveness of D2C initiatives.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and identify areas for improvement.

Collaboration And Partnership

  • Collaborate with marketing, product development, and supply chain teams to align D2C strategies with overall business goals.
  • Identify and forge strategic partnerships that contribute to the growth and visibility of Torchit's D2C presence.

Market Research

  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in the D2C space.
  • Conduct regular market research to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of market dynamics.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of proven experience in D2C roles, with a successful track record of scaling businesses from 1 crore to 5 crore.
  • In-depth knowledge of e-commerce platforms, digital marketing, and customer acquisition strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement.
