Job description
The Telesales Team Lead is responsible for leading a team of Telesales Representatives, driving sales performance, and ensuring the achievement of team targets. This role requires a strong background in telesales, demonstrated leadership capabilities, and the ability to mentor and coach team members. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and Motivate the Team: Direct, guide, and motivate a team of Telesales Representatives to achieve individual and collective sales goals. - Training and Development: Design and deliver training programs to enhance team skills, knowledge, and proficiency in sales and product knowledge. - Performance Management: Monitor team performance, provide regular feedback, address performance gaps, and recognize and reward top performers. - Process Optimization: Analyze team processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to increase efficiency and sales productivity. - Operational Excellence: Ensure adherence to quality standards, call handling procedures, and CRM best practices. - Reporting and Analysis Track sales data and generate reports for management review, providing insights for strategic decision-making. - Collaboration: Foster collaboration within the sales team and across departments to ensure seamless lead generation and Proven Telesales Experience : Significant experience in a telesales role with demonstrated success in consistently exceeding targets. - Leadership Skills : Exceptional leadership, coaching, and motivational skills. - Communication and Interpersonal Skills : Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, adept at building relationships and resolving conflict. - Strategic and Analytical Thinking : Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop effective sales strategies. - Organizational Skills : Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. - Bachelor's Degree: A bachelor's degree is required.
