Key Responsibilities:

Develop, collect, and analyze financial data from a variety of sources to support the organization's goals and objectives.

Oversee the preparation and distribution of accurate and timely financial reports, including monthly financial statements, and budgets.

Collaborate with the senior management to prepare financial reports and presentations.

Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and organizational policies.

Provide insights into key financial metrics, trends, and variances.

Identify and assess financial risks, including budget control, and propose risk mitigation strategies.

Review and enhance financial planning and reporting processes to increase efficiency and accuracy.

Develop and implement financial models.

Assist with financial planning and budgeting, including budget control.

Identify and manage financial risks, including budget control.

Provide financial advice and support to management.

Conduct financial forecasting and modeling.
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in business administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field

4-5 years of experience in a finance-related role, preferably in Financial Planning & Reporting.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English & Arabic)

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software programs

Strong attention to detail

Proactivity and great task & time management skills
