Job Title: Sales Intern
Office Location: Malad West, Mumbai
Timings:
- Monday - Friday: 10:00 am - 7:00 pm
- Saturday: 10:00 am - 1:30 pm

Responsibilities:
- Assist in conducting outbound sales calls to prospective students to introduce our finance and wealth management courses, under the guidance of senior sales professionals.
- Support in articulating the value proposition and benefits of our courses to encourage enrollment, while learning to understand the educational needs and goals of potential students.
- Aid in managing the sales pipeline by tracking interactions and assisting in follow-ups with prospects to contribute to closing sales and achieving targets.
- Provide basic information about courses, including content, duration, and pricing, and assist in addressing any questions or concerns.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to support campaign objectives and align efforts with targeted sales strategies.
- Learn to update customer relationship management (CRM) systems with all interactions to ensure accurate records of sales activities.
- Participate in training sessions to develop product knowledge and enhance sales skills.
Requirements:
- Enthusiasm and willingness to learn about outbound tele-calling and sales processes.
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi, with a desire to improve and develop persuasive conversation abilities.
- Interest in finance and wealth management concepts, with a desire to grasp complex information and convey it clearly.
- Motivated and eager to contribute to sales targets and objectives.
- Basic organisational and time management skills, with a capacity to learn and improve in managing tasks concurrently.
Qualifications:
- Pursuing or recently completed Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- Previous experience in sales or customer service roles is a plus but not required.
- Familiarity with online education platforms and digital communication tools is advantageous.
- Proficiency in spoken English and Hindi.
