Role: Dy Manager MARKETING / BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

Job
Responsibilities:

1. Conduct research to identify new markets
and customer needs.

2. Identifying profitable business
opportunities.

3. Conducting extensive market research.

4. Creating actionable business strategies.

5. Analysing market trends.

6. Arrange business meetings with
prospective clients.

7. Promote the company s products/services
addressing or predicting clients objectives.

8. Build long-term relationships with new
and existing customers.

9. Market knowledge.

10. Develop a growth strategy focused both
on financial gain and customer satisfaction.

11. Prepare sales contracts ensuring
adherence to law-established rules and guidelines.

12. Provide trustworthy feedback and
after-sales support.

13. Communication and
negotiation skills.

Requirements:

1. Educational Qualification: CIPET/ PGDMM
/ B.E / MBA/ Diploma

2. Experiences: Minimum 6-8 YRS.

3. REGION:
For Haridwar and Bhimtal. To be stationed at Haridwar.

4. Target
companies to look for possible candidates: (should be working for molding
companies with good interaction with customers)

Proposed CTC: 7 Lacs 8 Lacs Per Annum
