Job description
Employee Action closure and statutory compliances
- MIS on Employee Action
- Streamlining the process for Employee Relations between the various processes (a mix of 5 process)
- Coordination with HR ops for employee relations
- Coordination with Rm for employee relations
- Monthly and quarterly reporting as required
- Coordination with State heads and Head Office role holders
Region Management
- Management of Western region for day to day Employee queries and closure as per the Hr Polices
- Key recruitments
HRBP interphase
- Interphase on in the MIS with regards to employee relations
- Inter team exchange with support of HR BP
- Coordination with HR BP team for end to end HR closures
Key deliverable
- Employee Governance TAT and Relationship Management
- Employee Relations
- Employee Action
- HR Compliances related to employee action – documentation
- MIS on Employee Governance and Impact - TAT
- Closure reports for Board
- Vendor Management
