Job description

Employee Action closure and statutory compliances

  1. MIS on Employee Action
  2. Streamlining the process for Employee Relations between the various processes (a mix of 5 process)
  3. Coordination with HR ops for employee relations
  4. Coordination with Rm for employee relations
  5. Monthly and quarterly reporting as required
  6. Coordination with State heads and Head Office role holders

 

Region Management

  1. Management of Western region for day to day Employee queries and closure as per the Hr Polices
  2. Key recruitments

 

HRBP interphase

  1. Interphase on in the MIS with regards to employee relations
  2. Inter team exchange with support of HR BP
  3. Coordination with HR BP team for end to end HR closures
